12U Boys, 14U Boys, 10U Coed, 14U Girls
Pre Sale passes are available and will save you some money.
BRING USWP CARD AND PICTURE ID. I'm not sure if they are checking but it's better to have it than to not.
I will have all of the athlete passes for JO's on Friday night. If I don't see you at the hotel, Petra or Jason will be outside the La Mirada Splash Complex 1 hour before your first game.
14UGirls, 10U Coed-Same thing, Petra or I will be outside the pool 1 hour before your first game. Have not seen the schedule yet for the 14UG or 10U.
CHANGES TO JO SCHEDULE.
As of Tues night, the 12U's are now playing at the La Mirada Splash Regional Aquatics Center. First game is now 9:45am. This pool was not listed under "sites" but I did find it on the "Maps" page. when you see the Google Map, you need to click on "NJO SITES" on the bottom to view all of the locations. Originally, the 12U's were at Flintridge Prep, very close to our hotel. La Mirada is the farthest pool from the hotel. Possible pool sites for days 2,3 and 4 are La Mirada, Flintridge Prep, La Canada, Contreras. Basically, there is no central location for 12U's. We might wind up closer to the hotel after the first day but we won't know until the games are played.
The 14U's are also at La Mirada Splash on the first day. First game at 12:15. See above instructions for finding pool locations. Like the 12U's we may be back closer to the hotel after the first day or we may be down at La Mirada.
There was no way of knowing which pools we were going to be at prior to this week. Make sure you take into account traffic (especially on Mon and Tues), and plan on NOT going back to the hotel between games as we will have 2 or 3 games per day so pack for the day when you leave the hotel.

Tournament fee for JO's:
10U Coed-$70
12U Boys-$80
14U Boys and Girls-$85
Tournament fees include entry fee into tournament, BWPC JO Tshirt, coaches fees (hotel, food, gas). The entry fee paid to USWP is different for each age group which is why each age group has a different tournament fee. Our fundraising efforts allowed us to have a $10 JO Qualification entry fee and I have also deducted $40 from each of the above tournament costs. (Without the fundraising, it would have been $40 more per athlete)
Please get your JO entry fee and Tshirt size to coach Jason by Thurs. night, July 22.
10U and 14U Girls- you will have practice Monday and Tuesday Aug 2nd and 3rd. Probably 4-6pm but check back later for confirmation.

Spectators can purchase pre sale tickets before July 25 and save some money. Athletes competing will not need tickets.

For the 12U and 14U Boys, I have reserved 12 non-smoking doubles and 4 Kings with pull outs for Fri July 30-Tues Aug 3.
For the 14U Girls and 10U Coed, I have reserved 12 non-smoking doubles from Wed Aug 4-Sun Aug 8.
Please make your reservations before July 14th. You must reserve them with your credit card. They are simply on hold right now.
Schedules don't usually come out until the week before the tournament but usually the first game on Saturday morning will be between 8:00 and 11:00am. It's your choice as to whether you want to come down on the first day or the night before.
